False -- my back is hurting so I won't be running at all this weekend.

IBTNP hasn't looked at this post in so long that they had no idea what IBTNP stood for!

True and false; although it wasn't that great a forecast today, we managed to do things that were unplanned but fun, and false because I don't work.

IBTNP ran in the midst of a busy park today because of it being Memorial Day.

Nope. No holiday here so the bike path was almost empty when I went walking with my kids today. Last Monday was our holiday and Mondays are my rest day.

IBTNP is looking forward to the distraction of running tomorrow.

Yep!! My hammie is tickling a little since my HM on Memorial Day. I'm taking the recovery slow and easy so I don't pull it.

IBTNP Froze her/his butt off riding bike to work this morning. (I did!!)

Nope, but we are colder than average...not complaining, though. I'd be thrilled if we had a cold, wet Summer after the last few hot, drought ones. Makes running and gardening work better. Smile

IBTNP hasn't had coffee yet.

False. I got up a half hour ago, and the forecast predicts no rain today.
IBTNP has stopped to eat ice cream during their runs. Of course when I did that, I regret it later.

No, but 19.5 mile into a 20 miler on a 80 degree day last summer, I stopped and bought a jumbo Kisko and ate it while as I ran the last 1/2 mile and got home with a big blue tongue! After the gels I had consumed, this made for a bit of a gut ache as I cooled down but well worth it.

IBTNP is surfing the web INSTEAD of working like they should be!
