IBTNP is going to a water/amusement park tomorrow--woot!
Uh no, but I did just run to the beach and back. I suppose that could count as water amusement
I'll guess that the next runner is wondering just how
can
she avoid running around cars ??
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me

No, but our newly acquired 1 yr old lab (rescued from humane society shelter) is probably wondering that when I take her out for a real easy morning trot.
I bet the next person doesn't routinely see deer, sometimes in groups up to 4, on one of his/her running trail routes.

False...I routinely see a half-dozen or more...and then they come over and eat my hostas.
I have had to change one of my favorite running routes a bit, too...there is a NASTY, bloated, stinking dead deer on the side of the road.
IBTNP should be in bed, already.

Sorry, Not from the UK. I think they've had enough time to respond.
IBTNP is excited about running in the heat and humidity today (remember 20 degrees and snow?).

True...I actually like running in the heat & humidity (got a six miler planned for this afternoon). It helps me lose more weight
IBTNP is running (and currently training for) a 5K or 10K over the Fourth of July weekend.
running/weight goals for 2009…
1) STAY INJURY FREE!!!
2) Get to 200 lbs by the end of May…and stay there
3) Get below 20% body fat (currently at 25%)
4) Break 25 minutes in a 5k (current PR 25:41)
5) Break two hours in a half marathon (current PR 2:05:09)
6) Run 1,400 miles for the year

Hmm, I don't think so. I do have a couple 5 milers slightly out of town , but I don't know what" pto " means
IBTNP knows what " pto" means

I'm not sure I'd go that far, but I know my wife is the one first driven to a breakdown when I'm side-lined for any length of time.
IBTNP does their best, clearest thinking while running.

Yes, I think I do. Running really clears my head.
IBTNP feels better on days they run than days they don't.
