IBTNP is running at least 12 miles Saturday or Sunday
Yes that's correct. I plan on doing a 15-17 mile long run very early Sunday morning, before it gets warm.
IBTNP has been doing a little too much hillwork lately....

Sadly, for me, it's bridge running. No real hills in flat land Florida. The darn bridge beat me up Saturday - but I'll get it next time.
IBTNP is being careful to stay hydrated for running in the heat.

I hope not.
IBTNP hopes their next run will clear their head and cheer them up.

Yes, since it's been 12 days since I ran because of my ankle! I'm getting VERY grumpy.
IBTNP is trying to decide what to have for dinner tonight.

no, that's still a little high for me.
I am hoping to average about 50 mpw going into marathon training.

I'm re-starting the game.
I bet the next person's favorite sports drink is the one they home-make.

Nah, I'm not much for sports drinks at this point yet.
IBTNP isn't thrilled with their family right now.
