IBTNP is running at least 12 miles Saturday or Sunday

Yes that's correct. I plan on doing a 15-17 mile long run very early Sunday morning, before it gets warm. Cool

IBTNP has been doing a little too much hillwork lately.... Tongue

I wish the real world would just stop hassling me
Sadly, for me, it's bridge running. No real hills in flat land Florida. The darn bridge beat me up Saturday - but I'll get it next time. Big grin

IBTNP is being careful to stay hydrated for running in the heat.

Yes, since it's been 12 days since I ran because of my ankle! I'm getting VERY grumpy.

IBTNP is trying to decide what to have for dinner tonight.

Nope, I only eat fresh and raw so not much concern about prep.

IBTNP is planning to increase their mpw to 60.
no, that's still a little high for me.

I am hoping to average about 50 mpw going into marathon training.

IBTNP is hoping to BQ this year.

I'm re-starting the game.

I bet the next person's favorite sports drink is the one they home-make.
Running is like Mouthwash; if you feel the burn, it's working.
Nah, I'm not much for sports drinks at this point yet.

IBTNP isn't thrilled with their family right now.
