No not thinking about beer... actually I spend the whole day thinking of cookies... so I went up to perkins to get an oatmeal raisin walnut cookie...

I bet the next person (like me) ran with a complete stranger today. Actually I ran with 3 complete strangers... 6 miles with one... 4 miles with the next and 1 mile with the last person.

False. I'm a newbie to running and I would die if I got to run with others! Blush

The next person has had shin splits in the last year.
Couch to 5K support group! Short-term goals: - Sub 35 5K - Complete my 16-week 10K training plan.
Long term goals: - Sub 30 5K. - Compete in a 5K. - Train for a triathlon. - Compete in a 10K.
Nope no shin splints..

Saturday: ran 3 miles, shopping, went to Church

Sunday: ran 5.8 miles, yard work, cleaned house

IBTNP just woke up from a nap

running/weight goals for 2009…

1) STAY INJURY FREE!!!
2) Get to 200 lbs by the end of May…and stay there
3) Get below 20% body fat (currently at 25%)
4) Break 25 minutes in a 5k (current PR 25:41)
5) Break two hours in a half marathon (current PR 2:05:09)
6) Run 1,400 miles for the year
Partially true. About an hour or two ago.

IBTNP ran 7 miles today.

Not tonight. I do have meat defrosted to make homemade burgers for the barbeque for supper tomorrow though. Big grin

Yep/Nope I did my laundry, ironing, AND folded the last load. It was my running stuff. I even did my wife's stuff.
