IBTNP has helped out a good cause not through a race.

Sure, Walk of Dimes, food bank at church. Heck, I even helped a pair of elderly folks load their ceiling fan into their car today at the large orange depot store! Cool

IBTNP loves to run in the woods, but is dealing more with biting flies than mosquitos...... Dead

I wish the real world would just stop hassling me
long dog
True ... but its not the flies or mozzies that I have to contend with but rather stinging nettles No

I wish. I could use a party.

IBTNP is dreading having to run in the heat today (and is hoping for some serious cloud cover).

False, I plan to race an evening 5K in the park across from me and I want my garmin 'cause I hope to set a PR and I don't trust the timers at this wee little race series.

I bet the next person is just about to start their fall marathon training. Yay long runs!

True! If you consider taking the DW out to a half-marathon to cheer me and her father on. Smile
Sad to say that I won't be racing or even running hard (injured about 3 weeks ago), but I will be a ncie slow pacer for my father-in-law who is running his first HM so that will be exciting!

IBTNP is coming out of a long stretch of little to no running, and is sick of X-training!

Goals for 2009:

False. I'm not bored, but I am completely distracted and not in the mood for all the work I need to be doing.

IBTNP was up too late last night and didn't wake up early enough to run this morning and now has to run tonight after work.
