A truer thing has never been said. I loves me some meat (eating a roast beef sammich as I type this).
IBTNP stayed up too late last night and is is really tired today.
TRUE! 3:00 a.m. was my bedtime, but it was worth it! We had a great 4th of July celebration with lots of friends, our last guests left at 2:30.
IBTNP is taking today off from running.

No, I got to run!! Only 3.2 miles, but my ankle never hurt once. I sure appreciate running more than I did before my injury.
IBTNP is busy as heck, trying to get ready go to on vacation in the next couple of weeks.

nope, though we are going to WS for a long weekend in a few weeks.
IBTNP felt like dancing at the end of their long run

Maybe. I'm supposed to run today and I hope I feel like dancing at the end.
IBTNP is at a transition point in their running.

Transition point? Hmmm I think maybe. I just started running and finished C25K about a week ago so I'm transitioning into running more days a week - 4! So far so good but I wish it weren't winter the rain and ice makes things tougher. I'm off to the dreadmill today.
IBTNP was inspired to start running by someone they know.

True. Back in jr. high I got my best friend to join track and XC after a couple of years of bugging her to do so, and we ran together throughout jr. and sr. high. I stopped running during my senior year. Then some years ago this very friend convinced me to get back to running after 13 years of avoiding it. I'm very happy that she didn't give up on me!
IBTNP has been a complete bum today and is looking forward to running tomorrow.

Yes, partly inspired by someone I know.
Yes, I'm looking forward to my run tomorrow; today I didn't have the time away from my kids to go. Not a laziness issue at all.
IBTNP wants new running gear.

True. I went to REI today and got three pairs of running socks -- Thorlos, Teko, and Smartwool, an underarmour shirt, and an REI hydration waistpack.
IBTNP got their august issue today.

August issue? Well, that could be anything, but I will say that I did get my August Issue back on Thursday! Luckily for me my neighbor works at Rodale Press and she gives me everything for free!
IBTNP has a day off today.

Nope. Working. Today. Yesterday. The day before...
IBTNP took the opportunity this past week to encourage a new runner.

I always try to encourage new runners. I did however have the opportunity to encourage a couple of very SPECIAL new runners (my 6 year old twins). Later in the day after doing their .25 mile fun run they both ran .45 miles. Longest distance they've ever done
IBTNP has a "tough" week of running planned

I do consider it tough. We are leaving for Canada on Wednesday and I need to figure out my running while I am there. Not so much where but mileage- I have no Garmin
so perhaps we are gonna have to use the car odometer as a gauge.
IBTNP has been weeding in their garden today at some point

Denise, you'll be in my territory. If you have net access, you can use the tools here and google maps to figure out distances. I use the satellite view so i can see the bike paths. Where are you going?
Close. I weeded a flower bed close to the garden. The garden needs done again.
IBTNP is wishing there was more of a breeze for their next run or at least a bit cooler temps.

Yes I am. It's still 94F out there. I'm going to wait until 9:30 or 10pm to get some cooler temps before my run.
IBTNP is "watching" Hannah Montana with one of their kiddos.

False. We were watching Jeff Dunham...before that we played Halo and Guitar Hero. I stink at both.
IBTNP wants to run a race this week.
