I wish.. Nope, listening to 3 children arguing over something- I dont even think they know what it's about.
IBTNP has to endure their run on the deadmill today.

Nope, went for a run earlier this morning! It is nice having the tm though, for emergencies!

Nope, slow cooked a pork loin yesterday and tonite I'll be shredding it and throwing some BBQ sauce on it for pulled-pork sammiches.

False...I always try to run in the mornings to avoid those afternoon pop-up t-storms. I do try to run once in the afternoons in the summer, to get used to running in the heat.
IBTNP bought a new piece of exercise/fitness equipment
running/weight goals for 2009…
1) STAY INJURY FREE!!!
2) Get to 200 lbs by the end of May…and stay there
3) Get below 20% body fat (currently at 25%)
4) Break 25 minutes in a 5k (current PR 25:41)
5) Break two hours in a half marathon (current PR 2:05:09)
6) Run 1,400 miles for the year

IBTNP needs to finish cleaning up the kitchen.

False. the entire house is clean.

False, my neighbors are never around and I don't think they'd share anyhow.

Yep, a couple of months ago after we had the concrete poured.
IBTNP is feeling anxious because they are tapering this week.

Not really tapering , but I do have a 5 mile race on Saturday.
I'll guess that the next poster feels that they are
finally
adjusting to running in the heat....
