Not really tapering , but I do have a 5 mile race on Saturday.
I'll guess that the next poster feels that they are
finally
adjusting to running in the heat....
that's true, I just got an underarmour tech tee shirt that I like, it helps a lot when running in hot weather.
IBTNP has a camping trip planned in jul. and august.

Oh how cool! FALSE, but I did see about twenty baby bunnies, and a turtle laying eggs.
IBTNP is enjoying their day off from running.

False, that would require me to get in a little 39 miler this evening.
IBTNP can walk from one end of their house to the other, without running into anything, with their eyes closed.

Nice emoticon.
FALSE. That would mean I'm not clumsy, and I am.
IBTNP will have some beer tonight. MTA: At a church fair!

IBTNP is going to leave work early today

Nope, no race this weekend, but I am looking forward to my run tonight as long as there isn't lightning.
IBTNP is going to run in the rain.

False. It doesn't look like it's going to rain today.
IBTNP wishes they had a running buddy that lived on their street.

Yes, that would be nice. I run by myself these days.
IBTNP hopes their last run was a turning point in their running.

Umm, the only turning point I had with my last run was that the rolling hills here in Canada are much steeper/longer than my runs back home. Ugggh
IBTNP is sick and tired and tired and sick of all the damn skeeters and horseflies.
