I'm in.
Hit 40:22 a couple of weeks back and now feel like some race owes me something somewhere.
No target race yet, but one will be found.

Put me down please, I had two sub 41:00's last year the best being 40:47 so surely I can do it this year?
Biggest problem is that my next 10K ( that isn't part of a duathlon ) is the Town and Gown in Oxford in May and the previous two weekends I will have done a half marathon and a national duathlon race.

Already in the sub-38 thread, but that's a pipe-dream for a distance I've never raced before.
I like the idea of baby-steps. I'm in. First attempt will be April 10th.

Previous PB is 40:30-something, I can't even remember.
Next attempt = May 18 in Regents Park, London. It's a build up race to a HM. Good to get your excuses in early, right?
Anyway, I'd be delighted with 39:59.9. Unless they round up to the nearest second, in which case I'd be seriously undelighted.
I think they round up in road racing, so let's hope for 39:58.9.
I went 39:55 this morning. I am so stoked.
Awesome! You are officially our first graduate. And on only ~20 mpw?! Holy cow.
With 5 seconds to spare their must have been some drama.
