what is your favorite terrain and why mine is dirt roads... grass and gravel are ok, but i hate asphalt and cement, they mess up my knees. there is nothing better than the feel of nice soft dirt gently squishing under your feet
the runners will take over the world, we are well trained and have a very high level of endurance as well as strength

I hate cement, but LOVE asphalt (especially in the Summer when it softens a little). Hard-packed dirt is good, too. Smile k

        I've got a fever...

          Rubberized Track. Cool

On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office.  But you will wish that you'd spent more time running.  Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

soft sand along side the bay boardwalks...not too deep but a very sweet spot to be! Cool

I like a trail; covered with pine needles is nice. Smile

Rolling hills, don't care too much about the surface.
Asphalt. I'll twist my ankles on trails.
