I know it is cheesy, but have you tried searching Youtube? I have found a couple excersizes that I like, just to change things up. Good luck!
I didn't even think of that...and some of that stuff is downloadable, now, too...I think. I'm going to have to see what's there.

I go to yoga class once per week, but other than that I use youtube for all my home practice. I would suggest checking out Yogatic, Yogayak and doyogawithme. They are all really excellent quality, bring out new videos regularly, and offer various videos like targeted body parts (or problems) or full 1hr+ flows.
doyogawithme has a set of I think 3 videos that are specifically for runners, before running, after running and injury prevention.
