My email is listed as unverified? How do I verify it?

You don't need to verify it unless you want to receive notifications. If a particular features needs to send you emails, you'll be prompted to verify your email.

I was trying to upload my data into runpartner and it says my credentials for runningahead are unverified...

I am not aware of any partnerships between RunPartner and RunningAHEAD. Could you provide more info about this?
