    I ran Richmond last weekend and this week feel kind of crappy. The muscle aches are gone for the most part, excluding a bum achiles tendon that is keeping me off of the road, but I feel kind of blah. Is this normal? I've also been eating everything in sight. I'm pretty sure I've recovered from my caloric deficit!

        I ran the same race and I'm just getting back in the swing of things. I've scheduled a race in Feb for a little motivation.
