Post race dump (Read 386 times)

I ran Richmond last weekend and this week feel kind of crappy. The muscle aches are gone for the most part, excluding a bum achiles tendon that is keeping me off of the road, but I feel kind of blah. Is this normal? I've also been eating everything in sight. I'm pretty sure I've recovered from my caloric deficit!

Success is sweet and sweeter if long delayed and gotten through many struggles and defeats.
I ran the same race and I'm just getting back in the swing of things. I've scheduled a race in Feb for a little motivation.
