A question for owners of aggressive dogs (Read 1445 times)

I'd like to someday find something metal and telescoping, with which to swing as hard as I can at any dog that charges me -- with the intent to hit it and break (or interfere with) the potential attack..

A lot of police now carry an expandable baton instead of the old style nightstick. However, they are kind of heavy to carry on a run and might be illegal in your area. Where I live, carrying a club is expressly prohibited by law. Pepper spray is probably a better option.
