Any thoughts on a more accurate mapping method.
I saw on a couple of sites like mapmyrun.com and mapmytri.com that the routes which you plot can follow the roads dirextly - like magic! It makes for better looking maps for sure!
Also, I've never been able to print my maps well - the elevation graph doesn't seem to come through and sometimes the map only half prints.... Anybody else have these problems?
Thoughts...?

The follow road feature is implemented in the next RunningAHEAD map release. It is not more accurate, just easier to use. I have played with the test version, good stuff.

Any detail as to when the next release will be?

Unfortunately, this won't happen for a while. All major components of the new log are complete. I still need to update the options pages to reflect the new capabilities. I've been putting in a lot of hours to get this done. And with the Olympics going on, I'm slightly distracted because, well, I like the Olympics

Satellite view is already available in the current map. It's a dropdown on the map's toolbar. The next version of the map will have a clear way of indicating map types.
