Woke up Sat morning and going up and down steps I felt a slight pain just above my knee cap - very bottom of my quad where it meets above the kneecap. (scale about a 5 on 1-10 range). Took off, same thing Sunday morning - taking off again. Been running ver consistently and dont want to mess up my training.
Any suggestions on cross training I can do this week while hopefully healing what I am calling a "pre-injury" ? Can I stationary bike without aggravating it ? Eliptical ? Pool run ?
I recall having this before and was able to overcome it with quad exercises.
