Not offended, Nobby, just thinking that maybe new people may discouraged from asking questions. But, no big deal, I guess. Gonna get my coffee.
Actually, I DO care. I have no intention to dicourage people from posting; I have every intention to encourage people to be more articulate if they really care to get a decent advice.
Either way, there will be more people who want to post than wanting to learn and actually get something out of it; haven't you noticed?
lace 'em up!

Don't you know that with the texting world, everything needs to be communicated in 140 characters or less?
On a related note, I used to have a boss that thought EVERYTHING could be (and should be) conveyed in a one page power point presentation. Anything more that was just too confusing.
Hm, not it they read it carefully. Nobby's the last person to discourage people, hell, I probably wouldn't still be running if it weren't for Nobby.
Hawt and sexy
heh. This was funny. And I missed it.
I would have recommended sushi and sake. Oh wells.
I'm touching your pants.
I look my best blurry!
I don't know what to tell you...........anytime I have a problem like this one, I will normally ask Nobby... He always knows what to tell me.....

+1 We are his guinea pigs! He is testing us!
I like the idea of rubbing some dirt on it. That could work however he might hurt himself digging through a couple feet of snow to obtain the frozen dirt. I suppose he could pick up some potting soil. Would that be the same?
Hi. When I went for a run this morning, about 10 minutes into the run, I started experiencing a pain in my quads, right above my knee cap, kind of deep in the muscle. It sort of got worse and worse for about next 20 minutes or so. Then I felt a spot in my calf on the same leg. What should I do? Should I continue running or stop running for a while?
Something funny about this............
I'm noboby, who are you?
Are you really provoking a dialog with the question "should one run through pain?" Any other answer would be tantamount to practicing medicine without a license or at best answering a very vague issue.
