| Cross Training Monthly (someday Weekly) Totals? (Read 642 times) |

Is there some way to summarize/graph monthly totals for cross training activities?  The summary page is great for the current month, but I like to summarize my training by month & if I don't catch the monthly summary on the last day of the month, is there is no way to back out just the most current month's totals? I'd LOVE to someday see as much information (aka weekly & monthly) for cross training as there is for running.

Katie, The next version of the log will allow you to tally distances, durations, and everything else by day, week, month and year. It's actually done, but I can't release it until the rest of the log is complete. The beta testing will begin soon.

Hi Katie, It's taking much longer than anticipated. Here's a post I made a month ago with the (then) latest update. Most of the major components of the log is completed. I am currently working on the course editor which would probably take another weekend or so. After that, a limited amount of testing will begin. I still have many pages to go through, but they are trivial compared to the amount of logic that went into the new log and would not take too much time to complete.

PS - In the meantime, is there a work-around or any other way to obtain my totals from the previous month from my non-running workouts? |

Hi Katie, Let's see... I'm still working on the Options pages and I'm hoping they'll be done by after this weekend. After that, I need to clean up the summary page to display the activities because the new log changed how the activities are stored. The new log now lets you to create workout types for activities and are not limited to run, bike and swim. After that, I need to work on exporting and importing of your data and fix any incompatibilities in the various web browsers. That's pretty much all the work that are left.
As for obtaining totals... contact me via email and we'll work something out.

Thanks for an awesome website - you Rock!
When the new summary graph is rolled out, will I be able to see all of my workouts graphed, regardless of type?
Right now on my options page I have set my Primary workout as Run, and only my runs show on the summary graph. If I change my primary workout to Swim, only my swims show, and my runs are below the graph in the cross training summary section.
Will the new summary graph put both my runs and swims (and whatever else) on the nice pretty bar graph?
