Rebounding from sickness (Read 17 times)

II Run II


    I recently got sick- I had a high fever that prevented me from running from Wednesday to Sunday (5 days).  I missed 1 workout, 3 easy days, and one rest day.  What's the best way to rebound from this, and is it possible to finish the season (which ends in ~3-4 weeks) in a similar position as to when I was not sick?
