I'm signed up to do MCM and NYCM this fall and they're a week apart. I just ran Boston last week and as I sit here, would not want to run a marathon today. My legs feel okay but I'm not sure they're 26.2 miles okay. But, I'm also reading about runners who did Boston and Big Sur this weekend so I'm feeling like this is doable.
Thoughts on how you'd approach marathons a week apart? I was thinking maybe I should train as if it's an ultra and do super long runs or standard long runs on both Saturday and Sunday.
