It might be good for feeding the ducks
if possible, keep it to wholemeal or granary, bleached white can be bad for our feathered friends.

People eat moldy cheese on purpose. (Roquefort, Cambazola, etc.) Heck, people inject a purified solution of mold into themselves to cure infections. What's the big deal about moldy bread?

All cheese is old moldy milk. You don't have to limit it to them fancy fereign ones.
