Bad link in user group email notificaitons (Read 22 times)

When somebody posts a new message, subscribes, etc to a post in our forum for the User Group and email notification goes out.  That notification has a link to click to see the response but the link is not formatted properly.  The link is:

is this something I can fix myself?
