Running into the wind... (Read 428 times)

The wind is really blowing strong today. I went out for a run and it was tough going. Wind is blowing at continuous 20-30 mph. I am hoping to avoid injury--seems to happen when I'm on the treadmill these days. Have a good day everyone.

I try to make sure I start runs by heading into the wind so I get to enjoy the ride back. I sometimes reverse this if it is unusually hot out. Victor

We had a strong wind where I live today, but I still managed 5 miles after work. It was a hard effort, but strangely one of the best runs of the year. Seems running into a wind always annoys me, but I'm happy I didn't stay home.
