I tried to make a haiku about my usual pre race breakfast (peanut butter & nutella on a toasted english muffin) but totally failed. I'll have to try a sonnet instead.

In steel cut oatmeal
one spoonful of Nutella
kicks it up a notch
What is not to like?
Tastes like chocolate frosting
Only thing missing is cake!

They take a long time to cook
Quaker are my fave!
