Are any of you using a pocket camcorder while running? I'm looking for something inexpensive, idiot-proof, and that can withstand dust, sweat, and water. All I want to do is video some of my trail runs to share with family/friends, and I'd like something that has more than an hour or two of battery life.
I've looked at GoPros, but they're out of my price range right now. A suggestion was a Kodak Playfull, but any other suggestions would be welcomed.

I tried a tiny spy cam during the Avenue of the Giants (Half) Marathon and managed to shoot about 45 minutes of the inside of my pocket and none of the stunningly beautiful (and fast) course.
I think you would be better off strapping a Go-Pro to your head.

Too funny! I live an hour from the marathon location. Beautiful country, huh? Looking forward to supporting friends running it in a couple of weeks.
