I have over three years of running dates, distance, and times logged in an excel spreadsheet. What is the easiest way to import this into my running log I just created?

Do I have to modify the columns/template of my manualy running log i have been keeping to match the columns/format required here at runningahead?

Thanks,

Frankdatank!

Click on feedback, below and to the right. Send Eric a note. He will email you with instructions on how to send it to him. He manually imports these for you.
It's all fun and games until the flying monkeys attack.
