I keep getting a really stiff right knee the day after running, mostly around the lower outer quadrant. I'm fairly certain that this is because I have ridiculoously flat feet & roll onto my arches when running. I bought new running shoes to counteract this last month & they have helped a lot but not completeley. I'm thinking now that the only way to stop my knees getting completeley ruined is to try & raise my arches again. (I totally blame my high heel fetish for them falling in the first place, so keep them to minimal use now) Does anyone have any suggestions for foot/arch strengthening/supporting exercises?
