For the first time in over a month, excluding races. It was much brighter than my basement.

2013 goals:
PR 10 mile
don't get injured

I think you deserve a medal just for logging all the miles in on the treadmill in your basement. LOL!

else it gets the hose again.

Passion is a rather frightening thing because if you have passion you don't know where it will take you.

Two things--family scheduling issues and a very long Netflix queue.
