It's all based on how much you run and what your intent is. You should be able to finish it comfortably no matter what you choose to do.

50% when I have a super-long run scheduled. 33% otherwise, usually. I've never been able to get it into the 25% or below range.
Plotting revenge marathon. Maybe Napa.

<30% is not practical for non-eliete runners if you want to preprare fro a marathon. You need to run
at least one >20 mile long run but it is hard to run toatl weekly milage > 60 miles
