Feeling the growl again

    Crappy week last week 38 miles. Crappier week this week 29.25 miles. Sick baby and sicker travel schedule for work.

    I am spaniel - Crusher of Treadmills

     

      M: 9km easy but fairly hilly Tu: 5km race (22.33) + 3km warm up/down - done in 45kph winds so I was very pleased with this W: rest day Th: 13km easyish with club F: rest day Sa: 10km easy Su: 20.5km mostly off road race (1.41.22) + 4km warm up/down Total: 64.7km Biggest week yet and 2 very good races. spaniel - i hope the baby gets better very soon and your work sorts itself out so life/running can get back to normal for you.
