I started running high miles right around the results below the red line after having run a year at low miles and overeating. When the HDL is higher than the LDL, that is WAY good!

That's AWESOME! Running is GREAT for the heart, unless you jack your heart rate up high enough to do damage (that's often when you feel dizzy).

I should start taking my resting pulse every week or something. I know it's lower than it used to be, but I bet it'll get even slower the more consistently and longer I run.

I had a big Mexican meal last night, with two baskets of chips (for a long long run tonight), seems not to have hurt Wink
