Hit my highest ever seven day mileage today and feel brand new. This winter could be Very Good.
Geez you guys are all hauling ass and doing great things, busting out lengthy runs, running several days in a row, congratulations. Only thing i've done for consecutive days in a row is make sweet love to my lady friend.
My team won our school's first ever boys' state championship.
Way to go sport, make sure you axe for sprinkles for your ice cream.
Forced myself to get up at 5am and run which brought my weekly mileage to 50 miles for the first time in a years.

After being sidelined for nearly 2 years and putting on a lot of weight, this morning I managed my first 1-Mile run without having to walk part of it! Recovery continues!

Great job! It's really hard, I'm starting over too.
Finally have all my marathons list on here(62). I was using MM website to keep count. After , I filled in some gaps I saved it to a searchable site. Time to renew here.
Small goal for the year reached.5 mile run to reach 102 miles for the month. To my surprise I have gone over 100 miles a month starting with Nov 2013 .Hope everyone else reached there small goals.Happy running in 2016.
