I'm in the running for weight loss group...
I changed my pic when we went from our Winter challenge to our Spring challenge.
I will do so... I have about 15-20 more lbs to lose... I do plan to get some pics up eventually...

This has been a great month. I have a new PR for my 5K, 19:38. I ran over 140 miles for the month, most ever. This week will end with my first 40 mile week. Best of all is that I’m ready for more. I feel great!
