Trip to Key West, FL when I reach 160 Lbs!!!!
I'm very happy today - I did the longest run since I completed a half in October 2008. I kinda gave up running after that - was just going to the gym - but am feeling motivated to get back into it. I've signed up for a 10km in July and am thinking of trying to do the half again in October this year. Small steps!

This is more of a victory for the week, but for the first time ever I ran over forty miles for the week. I know to many of you that isn't much, but it was a huge hump for me to get over.

2011 goals: Sub 20 5k, PRs at the 10k, half marathon and (god willing) a sub 3:40 marathon

I'm in the running for weight loss group...

I changed my pic when we went from our Winter challenge to our Spring challenge.

I will do so... I have about 15-20 more lbs to lose... I do plan to get some pics up eventually...

It's not the heat, it's the stupidity.

When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

                          Congrats to all!

                            RoadRunner

This has been a great month.  I have a new PR for my 5K, 19:38.  I ran over 140 miles for the month, most ever.  This week will end with my first 40 mile week.  Best of all is that I’m ready for more.  I feel great!

Completed my second 1/2 marathon this morning.  Took 17 minutes off my PR and went in with a goal of under 2:00.  Finishing time: 1:59:59!!!  The last 1.5 miles was the hardest, but felt a surge of energy once I saw the finish line with my family cheering me on.
