Most miles in 7 days- 79 miles
Longest run without stopping- 15 miles
Goals for 2011:
log 2000 miles
75 mile week
PR in 8K
Nice!!! the runner.
Statistical oddity...total for this year 666.6 miles.....du du duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Just had a great month. Had a super fun interval workout this week, and even though June has always been my lowest mileage month ever...it will end up being my second highest...ever. My goal 5k is still over a month away, but even with the August heat and humidity I am hoping for - at worst - a course PR...and with a little luck a 5k PR.
My goal 5k was 80 degrees at the start and 80% humidity...did get a course PR...missed a 5k PR by several seconds, but at least got 2nd in AG award! Despite the terrible conditions and the PR miss - I am happy with the results.

Me too! I failed pull ups in gym class in 8th grade.

• more off-road
• gain proficiency @ CX mounts & dismounts (ie stop leap-frogging w/people who ride slower after every obstacle -- finish further up the field)
• punch Type 1 in the junk, again
Pretty sure I would dislocate my shoulders if I tried even 1.
