Anyone know a source for woman's coolmax headband to hold hair back? (Read 656 times)

I'm looking for the type of headband that holds long(er) hair back not the sweatband type. I've seen some female runners wear ones that are essentially like a coolmax fabric loop and that would be fine. I just don't know where to purchase one. Any ideas? thanks. dari

I use Goody No Slide Headbands. They aren't coolmax, but are elastic with a little rubber sewn in to keep them from sliding off. They keep all the sweaty flyaway hairs out of my face. I won't work out without one on! They make them with thick or thin elastic, but I prefer the thick kind for running. I got them at CVS, but I think most drugstores and Target/Walmart would carry them. They might make some kinds with fabric too.
Do you mean the mini headbands that are about as wide as a shoelace?

i got one from Atalanta for free when I ordered a running skort from them -- my hair is short, but i like it. http://www.skirtgoddess.com/products/verve Athleta has some too. http://www.athleta.com/jump.jsp?itemType=CATEGORY&itemID=346&LeftNavToExpandID=342 (look at the bottom) I assume this is what you're talking about?
Perfect!!! Exactly what I was looking for - thanks. Smile dari
