import routes to Handy Runner (Read 279 times)

I am trying to figure out how to import Running Routes from Running Ahead to my profile and then into Handy Runner.  I am new to my area and am still learning my way around.  I need to run but don't want to ge lost.  I have found routes in RA and added them to my courses.  I can see this rout on Handy Runner in "create run entry".  However, I would like to be able to get this in a map following my gps location.  Is this possible?

If not, have you ever seen an application that can load a route from varius sources on the Internet, then map them out so that I can follow via my Android phone?  Everything I come across maps ou a run while you run then uploads it to the website.
