Good point. It keeps me stable.

Unfortunately, the laws of physics require that it also slows me significantly.

Faster runners, well, they don't have this "problem." I'll let you figure out why. Let's just say their drag coefficient is significantly less.

Or that let Trent get too close with his scissors.

One is required to use a blade.

Not scissors.

What about a lightsaber? I mean, it is kind of a blade and all.

Serious?

There are laws behind the instrument used? What about the plastic devices?

Must be a steel blade to be kosher.

Interesting. Doesn't the practice within Judaism date back to the bronze age?

The current year according to the Jewish calendar is 5768. That means the earth was created 5768 years ago. On this calendar, the patriarch Isaac was born in the year 2048, or 3720 years ago. That is the year 1712 BCE. The commandment to circumcise falls right around this time.

Was that the bronze age?

the modern requirement to use steel is an interpretation of the biblical laws.

Yep, that's bronze age - first use of iron was roughly 1200 BCE.

My calendar says it's time to go home.
