I don't know how many of you had the chance to run last night, but the weather he in NW Mo was awesome!!!! It was mid-70's, low humidity and perfectly clear sky for the sunset. I was pretty tired when I got off work and honestly didn't feel like doing my speed work for the week. I am glad I went. It was a blessing to get out and run on such a perfect night! How did last night go for you?

I had a really tough run here in NYC [Central Park]. The temperature was 84F at 8:30PM and the relative humidity was very high [dew point 70F+]. I really struggled but I completed my planned 6mi run just a few seconds over my goal pace although I did stop my watch during 5 waterstops!?! Any other New Yorkers in Central Park yesterday?
