Hello all,

  I've been off running for about 2 weeks or so.  I had laser eye surgery again and had to goo my eyes every 10 mins or so.  That made it difficult to get outside and run, especially with the wind we have been having.  I have resigned myself to not making the 621 miles this year as life has a way of making fun of me.  Oh well I am back but after my short run today I really feel the layoff.  I am aiming for a 1/2 marathon in the fall.  So we will see how things go.

welcome back ~~  I was out of commission for a few weeks myself.  such a pain.
