The streak started with the December streak challenge. The just a mile a day. Then in January, I kept it going because it was Canadian winter, really cold, and the mile a day was becoming habit. Usually I really see a drop in mileage over the winter. I thought about it on a run outside in February, debating when to end it when it hit me that my body isn't complaining about the daily running so until it does, why should I stop? I'm not sure how long it will last. I'm feeling strong though. I have the odd day where I feel I'm dragging a bit, but it's okay.
