Bye Anya...Have fun!! Last week was good... Tuesday 3 miles Thursday 2.5 (hate running partial miles, but got a late start and had to get home for DW to leave) Friday 3 miles in Flagstaff, AZ at 7,000 ft elevation...Couldn't breathe...Had to walk a lot...run sucked Sunday 2.5 miles (excuse was to make the total mileage a round number...Pathetic, no?). Total...11 miles. I promptly skipped yesterday's scheduled run. But that's next week's post. Good luck with all the injuries folks...Take it easy out there. And stop complaining about the heat....Or come run with me out here, then complain....lol.
