I hear ya on that. Sorry you are sick but you will get better and you will be out there again running. Take the rest and enjoy it

thanks ladies. My goal as it were was to stay in front of that bunny month by month. I'll catch him/pass him in February!

My worry is that I only run about 13 miles a week, so if i DO get sick or injured it will be really hard for me to catch up!

I understand. We just have to keep chipping away!. I thought about trying a run today but could not talk a full sentence without running out of air so I'm not ready yet
