    This past weekend, I ran a 5K benefit for the Sierra Club. I ran it in 24 flat. I know for certain that I ran it in 24 flat. Yesterday (my birthday Big grin), the results were posted, and I was scored at 23:02. They used ChampionChips, and apparently didn't know what they were doing. It's awful nice of them to tell me I ran that fast, but it's just not true. Still, 24:00 is a PR for me, so I was pretty excited.

      AAAArrrgggg you are faster than me!!!! I want that time. Great job and I wonder how the timer was so off.
      Run like you are on fire! 5K goal 24:00 or less (PR 24:34) 10K goal 50:00 or less (PR 52:45) HM goal 1:55:00 or less (PR 2:03:02) Marathon Goal...Less than my PR (PR 4:33:23)
