I just got home from watching the 10,000 meter finals for men and women. Great races! The female winner (Lisa Koll of Iowa State) was completely alone the whole race she ran a 32:11 earlier this year; she finished in 32:44. I'm sure she has her eyes set on the Olympic trials now.
