A Saucy Wench
I have become Death, the destroyer of electronic gadgets
"When I got too tired to run anymore I just pretended I wasnt tired and kept running anyway" - dd, age 7
I think I might like 800's though, I always lose count on how many 400's I've done.
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
I find treadmill speedwork easier too. It doesnt require the focus...you just set the pace and you go and if your mind wanders...you still go. On the track I have to keep reminding myself to focus to not go too slow or too fast or whatever.
