Oh no! Stupid wire! (Read 459 times)

    Argh! Race is 7 days away and coming back from a nice slow long run I tripped over a wire and fell flat on my face! Skinned knees and hands. Came down pretty hard on my left knee and I am sitting here with ice on it. Even my hip hurts, but I'm not sure whether that's the accident or my piriformis acting up. Anything else I can do? Do you think I'll be okay for next Sunday?

      That sucks. I think you'll be ok. Bruised knees probably heal faster than if you had twisted something. Ibu, Ice, rest this week do some light running later this week.
