I'm doing excellent, whoever-you-are.

That is, I'm crashing hard into a lackluster taper following my lackluster training. Feeling strong nonetheless.

Thanks! I'm entered in the Delaware 100, on Sept. 19-20 between Wilmington and Newark. Can't wait!
