I hear ya. It was last Fall/Winter and took a long time to get rid of the problem. I'm taking it day-to-day, still hoping to run Rocket City in a month. Maybe I'll hit the trails, to see if that helps. And it's more fun.
Sweet, I made it too. This has been my highest-mileage year ever.
Good Job ... Now only 92 more Miles to catch that 1500 Bunny!
Calculating after my Marathon saturday I should only need togimp through 45 - 50 miles last 2.5 weeks of year.
Thanks, Buckeye. Good luck in the marathon!
Nice work, ultracassie!
Are you thinking of running any ultras in the winter or spring?
Carl,
Thanks! I'm signed up for Mountain Mist 50K in January and Clinton 30 Mile in March.
How 'bout you?
