Good Job ... I was hoping to catch you as slowly been gaining ground.   But not sure I have a 70 mile run in me this weekend.

There is always the race to 1500!

Bullseye! Huntsville Half Marathon, 1:52:58 (unofficial watch time) puts me at exactly 1367. Heck, I might even make 1500 if I don't have a major problem! I do have a persistent pain in my right shin, but so far it's not a show-stopper, and hopefully I can keep it under control.

When is the last time you gave that shin a break?

I hear ya. It was last Fall/Winter and took a long time to get rid of the problem. I'm taking it day-to-day, still hoping to run Rocket City in a month. Maybe I'll hit the trails, to see if that helps. And it's more fun.
