Bring on June! (aka June goals) (Read 728 times)

I fly.

This ought to be good.  My first fight ever!!!  Yay!  I knew it would happen before I turned 40!   Big grin

Eh, I'm more of a lover than a fighter...

    Bring it on.

    I fly.

225 miles.  I went there.  I'm going to do it.  Bam.

So close, I think it's going to happen... Bring it!

      Bring it on.

The goal I've kept in the back of my mind for June has been to completely heal up all the nagging little injuries.

I'm pleased to report that, despite a slight skimboarding mishap, I've otherwise been doing fabulously well at this.

So close, I think it's going to happen... Bring it!

NICE!!!  How do you feel?  Is this your highest month ever?  Exciting!

            1. Acclimate

            2. 201 miles or more

            3. At least 1 speed workout a week (or hill repeats)

I have a goal 5k in July...June needs to prep me for it

            1. done

            2. highly likely (I'm at 186 now and have 2 more days...1 run being a midweek mid-long workout)

            3. uh, kinda.  3 out of 4 weeks...

So close, I think it's going to happen... Bring it!

              Heck yes  You've got this!

Thanks.  I'm tired.  It's not my highest month ever, just my highest month in a few years...  Next month will be my highest ever if all goes according to plan!

                Bring it on.

Geez, you're making me feel like a lazy slob - havent met my 200 mile goal since January of this year.  And I'm not going to make it this monthy either.  With today's run done and a 5K tomorrow I'll be lucky to hit 175.

So close, I think it's going to happen... Bring it!

225...that's rugged.  Way to go Jill !

                      175 - check, 177

50K - check, and it was freakin' hot

speed training - ha.  nope.  totally forgot about that one.

I'm stayin' out of this one!!!

                      My training schedule says 175.

50K this weekend in what looks to be freakin' hot weather.

Do some speed training again.  I'll go with once a week.

My goal for June was to simply get more miles than I've gotten in a month before. Done! 178.1 miles in June. Smile
