        Hi there

45 mile week looks doable what are you training for at the moment to warrant that distance?

I am building back up after a recent ultra so will hopefully be doing 50+ miles

Well I am training for a Marathon, but I told my cross country kids im going to do the millage this week and challanged them for 30+.  Today im at 30 miles so between today and this weekend I have to squez 15.....Thanks for the welcome!

I always wanted to do an ultra, but i don't think i could do the 40+ run work outs in one day, you go brother!

Some ultras are 50K.  No need to do a 40+ mile workout in one day.

              I'm just sayin'.....   Big grin

NO....I am not doing it one day!!!! Big grin

I will probably be doing about 40+ miles this week if I get off my BIG FAT arse. I did 11 miles at 7:30 - 8:00 pace on Tuesday, whimped out yesterday evening so going out for a medium length tonight and then a long on Sunday.

I have decided to build up slowly as I am still trying to get back my pre- Ridgeway 85 mile ultra fitness levels
